Shipping Policy
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
After receiving an order, we place a confirmation call to you. All orders are shipped within 7 to 10 working days of confirming your order. Once shipped, it typically takes another 5 to 10 working days for the order to reach you depending on your location.
If a product is out of stock for any reason, our team will get in touch with you immediately, and you will have the option to cancel the order without any charges.
Typical Transit Time By Delivery Location
- Within Mumbai: 1 – 2 working days
- Metro Cities: 3 – 5 working days
- Other Cities: 3 – 10 working days
Please Note: The delivery timelines above are estimations only. Since we rely on third-party courier partners for delivery, transit times can vary due to factors that are entirely outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the courier partner name and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 450 will be added during checkout. Please note that this convenience fee is strictly non-refundable.
Will all the products in my order come in 1 package?
The safety of your order is of utmost importance to us. Since most of our products are fragile, we may at times split your order into multiple packages to ensure everything reaches you in perfect condition.
Important Notice Regarding COD Orders:
If a customer cancels a COD order after it has been dispatched, or if we receive a Return to Origin (RTO) due to non-acceptance at the time of delivery, the Cash on Delivery option will be permanently disabled for all future orders placed by that account on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide through our trusted global courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific delivery address and package weight.
