Exchange Policy
Offering a smooth and hassle-free experience to you is our top priority. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve received, we are happy to accept a size exchange. Please read the information on this page for guidance and instructions on exchanging your products.
How can I determine if an item is eligible for exchange?
We offer size exchanges, with the following exceptions:
- Condition: Items that arrive in a damaged condition, have missing items/parts, or are not in their original state are not eligible for exchange.
- Timeline: Exchange requests initiated more than 2 days after delivery will not be considered eligible.
- Promotions: Products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or with the use of discount codes cannot be exchanged.
Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges?
We offer a reverse-pickup service for many, but not all, PIN codes.
- If you choose to arrange for a reverse pick-up, a nominal reverse shipping fee of Rs. 450 per product will be charged.
- If your PIN code is not serviceable, you can return the product(s) by shipping them back to our designated workshop location (please contact support for the delivery details). In these cases, reverse shipping fees will not be charged to you.
What if I have received a damaged product?
In the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a replacement request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order.
Please provide clear images to support your replacement request, and mention your name and order number when reaching out to us. You can submit your request via:

What is the process to exchange a product?
- Submit Request: Contact us via email at allurebyrachana@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9870006203 / +91 8107884928 to initiate your request.
- Pick-up Setup: If your location is eligible for reverse pick-up, we will arrange it and provide you with a shipping label to paste onto the return parcel.
- Self-Shipping: If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, please ship the parcel back to our workshop location.
- Inspection & Approval: Our operations team will inspect the product upon arrival and process the exchange request within 2 to 3 working days. Once approved, we will notify you and initiate the shipment. Replacement items are typically sent out within 3 working days of approval.
What is the International Return/Exchange Policy?
Please be advised that all international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped outside of India due to the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, customs, and taxes.
Before making a purchase, we highly encourage international customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and specifications.

Important Terms & Conditions
- Like-for-Like Exchange: We only offer size exchanges for the exact same design.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Refund amounts or credit notes will strictly exclude original shipping fees, COD convenience charges, custom packaging fees, or similar expenses.
- Flash Sales: During flash sales, we are completely unable to offer size exchanges due to highly limited stock availability. We recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before ordering.
- Credit Notes: In the rare event that a credit note is issued, the exchanged merchandise must be of equal or greater value. If you select an item with a lower value than your credit note, no adjustments or partial refunds will be made for the price difference.
